Dayora Journal

Dayora is a journal that writes back. Write a few lines or talk it through, and Dayora reflects on what you wrote: something you might not be seeing, one small thing to try, and a question to sit with.

WRITE OR SPEAK • Type an entry, or record a voice note of up to five minutes and Dayora turns it into an entry. • Write in any language. The app itself is available in English, Español, Português, Français, Nederlands, Polski, Bahasa Indonesia, 日本語, Deutsch, Italiano and Suomi.

A REFLECTION ON EVERY ENTRY • After each entry, Dayora writes a short reflection that fits what you wrote, from a single line to a summary, an observation, a small next step and an open question. • Reflect: keep talking it through in a conversation that starts from your own words.

SEE YOUR PATTERNS • Journey: search every entry, filter by mood, and see your writing rhythm on a heatmap. • Mood: log how your day felt in one tap, note what shaped it, and see what tends to travel with your mood over time. • Your Circle: the people you write about, and how things have felt around them.

KEEPSAKES • Write a letter to your future self and receive it in 1, 3 or 6 months. • A Season Card four times a year, built from what you actually wrote that season.

DAYORA PLUS (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) The journal, reflections, voice entries, mood tracking, Reflect and Your Circle are free, and every account can unlock one Deep Self Report for free. Dayora Plus adds: • Call Dayora: spoken conversations, about 20 minutes each month. • A Deep Self Report each month: a long-form reading of your own journal, with every observation linked to the entries it came from. • A daily synthesis email, written fresh each morning. • Where things stand: a relationship story for the people in your Circle. • Reflect that remembers what your conversations establish.

Dayora Plus is offered monthly or yearly as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings.

YOUR DATA Entries are private to your account and never shown to other people. To write your reflections, entries are sent to OpenAI, and OpenAI may use that content to train its models; the privacy policy explains the detail. Dayora does not sell your entries to advertisers or data brokers. You can export everything or delete your account at any time from Profile.
