Furcard: Pet Health Tracker

Your dog's or cat's ID card, with every medicine, vaccine and vet visit on it — and reminders you can tick off right where they arrive.

Furcard replaces the rabies certificate photographed on an old phone, the vet's number on a sticky note, the pill alarm nobody can tick off, and the scramble through the camera roll in the exam room. Everything about a pet lives on its own screen, one swipe from the next.

MEDICATIONS • The schedules vets write: once a day, every 8 or 12 hours, every few weeks, chosen weekdays, as needed — and courses that step down. • One reminder per pet at each time, with Given, Snooze and Skip right on the notification. • For doses that can't wait, like insulin: an alarm that rings even on silent. • Today shows what's due. One tap logs it at the real time, and "About 5 days left" tells you when to refill. • Traveling? Furcard asks which clock the doses follow, and helps doses that must be on time through the clock change. • Furcard never calculates a dose. It keeps what your vet prescribed.

VACCINATIONS • Photograph the vaccination booklet, pet passport or certificate. Furcard reads the page on your iPhone, and you check each row before it's saved. • Valid-until dates, batch numbers and the certificate photo, with a reminder when it's time to book. • Suggestions follow your country's guidelines. Your vet decides.

VET VISITS • Appointments, and the visits you still need to book. • Before the visit: the food stop your clinic gave you, the carrier, when to leave. • A one-page visit summary for the vet: weight, medications and the doses given, vaccinations, allergies, recent visits. Show it, print it, or send it as a PDF. • Your vets' numbers and directions, one tap away.

FOR THE VET TO SEE • A limp, a cough, a seizure, a lump: record it as it happens, with coaching for each kind, dated day by day. • Compare photos over time, show the vet full screen, or send the clips by email. • Record for the vet straight from the Lock Screen, without unlocking.

SOS • One screen with your 24-hour clinic, your vet, the animal poison line for your country where there is one, and your pet's key facts to read out.

THE REST OF THE CARD • The microchip number and, in many countries, a link to keep your details current at its registry. • Weight and its trend, food, allergies and reactions, insurance, and photos that tell your pet apart. • Seasonal tips for where you live — ticks, heat, fireworks — at most one a week, quietly. • When a pet passes away, its card moves to Memories and every reminder stops. Nothing is deleted.

OUTSIDE THE APP • A Next dose widget, with Given right on the Home Screen, and Lock Screen widgets. • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log a dose in Furcard". • On a visit's day, the time to leave, the morning's prep and directions on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

YOURS • No account. No ads. • Save a full backup as one file, and Furcard keeps a daily copy of your pets' details for a week.
