The Today screen opens with a scrollable ribbon of days. Review today or go back to add and correct an earlier entry. When yesterday has a value, each editor uses it as the starting reference. Adjust the whole number and decimal with smooth wheels, then tap OK to save that measurement immediately.

SEE CHANGE IN CONTEXT

Explore real data points by week, month, quarter, six months, year or all time. Pesyra shows changes, neutral trends when enough data exists, summaries and a value table with comparisons and mini charts. Optional streaks and consistency reflect the schedule you chose, never whether a value went up or down.

LEARN A CONSISTENT METHOD

Illustrated guides show where and how to measure each area. Choose a woman, man or neutral body reference to adapt illustrations and suggested measurements; this optional setting stays local and is not an identity profile.

MAKE IT YOURS

Use metric or imperial units and automatic, light or dark appearance. Choose English, Spanish, French or German inside the app. Set an optional local reminder, export a complete JSON backup or a readable CSV, restore a compatible backup, or erase all local data.

LOCAL BY DESIGN

Your measurements and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone. Pesyra has no registration, developer backend, advertising, third-party analytics or tracking. External educational sources open only when you choose them.
