Tovak Driver is for tow truck operators and roadside assistance providers. Share your service location, receive suitable requests nearby and send customers your price and estimated arrival time.
Find towing jobs nearby Review incoming requests with pickup and destination addresses, vehicle details and loading conditions. View customer photos when provided to understand the job before sending a quote.
Set your price and terms Enter the total price, arrival estimate and any service conditions. The customer can review your offer and select you for the job. If the scope changes, submit a price change request for the customer to approve.
Contact the customer and open the route Customer contact details become available after you are assigned. Call from the order screen, open the route in your preferred navigation app and update the job status as you travel, arrive and complete the work. Your navigator preference is saved in settings.
Keep your location up to date Start location sharing to update your provider location and help match nearby requests. The home screen shows the sharing state and the last server confirmation. While sharing is enabled, the app uses location in the background as well as in the foreground. You can stop sharing from the app.
Notifications and job history Receive notifications about new requests and important order events. Review completed jobs and their main details in your history.
Getting started You need a Tovak provider profile and the password supplied during registration. For help signing in, use the support link in the app.
