Chitroll: Paper To-Do List

A little paper machine for your Mac, made for the pleasure of writing, cutting, and tearing.

Type a few lines and watch the paper feed upward like a receipt. Check a box. Slide the cutter all the way across, grab the paper, and pull. A satisfying tear, a fresh sheet, and a little moment to enjoy.

PAPER THAT KEEPS GOING Write at the bottom, right where the paper comes out. New lines push the earlier ones upward, and the roll keeps growing as you type. Each item has a checkbox, ready to use.

SLIDE. PULL. TEAR. Move the cutter from one end to the other to make a perforated line. Let go halfway and the cut is cancelled. Once the line is ready, grab the paper and tear it away, complete with a paper-tearing sound.

EVERY SHEET STAYS Torn paper becomes part of your collection. Your words and checkmarks are preserved exactly as they were when you tore it off. Click the pin to browse a stack of paper strips, each with its own length and tear-off timestamp.

A SMALL OBJECT ON YOUR DESKTOP The little machine sits directly on your desktop in a transparent, borderless window. Its light flashes green as you type and red as you tear. The paper area grows with your writing, then scrolls when it reaches its height limit.

The cutter, mute switch, and archive pin are right on the machine, with menu bar access close at hand.
