Gatterie

Gatterie shows your photos, videos, documents and 3D models straight from your folders – no import, no moving, no cloud required. Pick the folders you already have and explore your collection as a gallery, folder tree or timeline.

FOLDERS, NOT IMPORTS • Multiple library folders and separate profiles • Thumbnails for more than 140 formats: photos, RAW, videos, PDF and Office documents, creative files, 3D and CAD • Nothing is moved or copied

LESS SEARCHING, MORE FINDING • Timeline by year, month, week or day • Search across file names and tags, star ratings and combinable filters • Track down duplicate files

PHOTOS ON THE MAP • Photo locations from GPS data, grouped by place • Outings and tour lines, filters by year and month • Offline map by default; Gatterie only loads online maps when you choose them

IMAGE EDITOR • Adjust brightness, contrast and colour, straighten, crop • The result is saved as a new copy; the original stays untouched

3D, CAD & DOCUMENTS • Previews of 3D models right in the library, plus an integrated 3D viewer • One click opens the original in the right specialist app

METADATA & AI – YOU HAVE THE FINAL SAY • Read EXIF, IPTC and XMP; text recognition with Apple Vision • Optional: tags and image descriptions from an AI on your Mac, for example via LM Studio or Ollama • You review every suggestion. By default, Gatterie writes reviewed metadata to new image copies

SIX THEMES From Mocca to Rainforest – Gatterie adapts to your style.
