Mibly connects the Apple Health data you choose to your own MCP-compatible AI agent, making sleep, activity, and other health context part of your everyday conversations.

Heart rate is organized by hour and split into sedentary and active readings, so your Agent can understand it at a glance. You stay in control of what gets shared. Each data type can be turned on or off at any time.

Local or Cloud — you choose Use Mibly in the way that fits you.

- Local — Free Send your selected health data directly to an Agent environment you control. Your Agent can create a compatible local receiver and MCP service, with no Mibly desktop app or additional Mibly software required. When you first connect, the last 7 days of history are filled in automatically. The local receiver is open source on GitHub, so you can see exactly where your data goes.

- Cloud — Pro No shared network, no computer left on. Your Agent can reach your health data from anywhere. Every Agent gets its own credential that you can revoke on its own, and the cloud keeps up to a year of your health history, ready for every Agent you connect.

Menstrual cycle data is off by default and is available through Local connections only. It is never uploaded to Mibly Cloud.

Sync history at a glance See your last 20 syncs: when each one happened, whether Local and Cloud succeeded, and which categories were sent. Background syncs are included. Sync history stays on your iPhone and never includes health values.

Made for your Agent Mibly works with MCP-compatible AI agents. Once connected, your Agent can use the health context you choose to share when you ask about your sleep, activity, workouts, body measurements, or recent patterns.

Mibly doesn't diagnose, interpret your body for you, or make medical decisions. It simply gives the AI assistant you trust access to the health data you choose to share.
