QuickRight

Create a new file, copy a path, or open your terminal right where you are in Finder. QuickRight brings everyday file actions into your Mac’s right-click menu, so you can spend less time switching windows and more time on your work.

CREATE FILES WHERE YOU NEED THEM • Create text, Markdown, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other documents in the current folder. • Add your own templates to start with familiar formatting or reusable content. • Right-click a selected folder to create a subfolder inside it. • New files are automatically revealed and selected in Finder, ready to open or rename.

OPEN YOUR PREFERRED TOOLS • Access your terminal and editor through separate actions directly in the context menu. • Choose your preferred tools, including other installed apps you select yourself. • Open a terminal in a selected folder, or in the containing folder of a selected file.

KEEP FILE MANAGEMENT CLOSE AT HAND • Copy the path of a file, folder, or current directory. • Cut and paste files, or copy and move them to frequently used folders. • Access favorite directories and show or hide files. • Dissolve a folder by moving its contents to the parent directory. • Compress files, extract ZIP archives, and inspect file information and hashes.

QUICK IMAGE AND ICON TOOLS • Convert between PNG, JPEG, HEIC, TIFF, BMP, and GIF formats. • Compress images and extract colors and icons. • Customize folder icons to make familiar folders easier to recognize.

MAKE THE MENU YOURS Enable the actions you use, arrange their order, and choose colored or native icons. External drives are supported. To use the quick context menu in iCloud folders, follow the app’s permission setup.

GETTING STARTED Open QuickRight after installation and follow the guide to enable its Finder extension. When a file operation needs folder access, QuickRight asks for permission. Manage authorized folders in Settings.

All features are free to use. In-app purchases are optional, one-time tips to support the developer. They do not unlock features and are not subscriptions.
