ToText transcribes 60 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew. Choose the language spoken in your recording, or use automatic detection. The transcript stays in the spoken language, while generated summaries and answers follow your app language.

Privacy by design:

No ToText account, email address, or profile is required. Your library is stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is enabled, in your personal iCloud Drive. Audio sent for transcription is deleted from the server shortly after processing finishes. We do not keep a permanent archive of your recordings, transcripts, or summaries.

The Free plan includes 60 transcription minutes per month. You can ask up to 2 questions per recording. Basic includes 1,000 minutes per month and up to 30 questions per recording. Pro includes 2,000 minutes per month and unlimited Q&A for fair personal use. Local prices and full plan details are shown before you confirm a purchase.
