Video Guest Book

Your celebration. Their words. Yours to keep.

Turn your iPad into a personal video guest book for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions and family gatherings. Invite the people you love to leave their stories, laughter and good wishes, then enjoy those messages long after the celebration.

MAKE IT FEEL LIKE YOUR EVENT Choose a ready-made look or make it yours with names, welcome words, colours, fonts and a background photo. Personalise the prompts and thank-you screen, and see your guest view while you design. Optional gentle background motion brings a photo to life.

A WARM WELCOME FOR EVERY GUEST Moving conversation starters help guests find their words. They tap Record a message, start the countdown, speak and finish. The app saves the message and returns to welcome the next guest. Guests do not need an account.

GET READY WITH CONFIDENCE Follow Design, Test, Unlock and Go live. Repeat a five-second picture and sound test before your event, listen back and check the Photos copy. The built-in microphone works; optional stands, lights and microphones can suit your venue. Host controls use a PIN, with a guide to setting up iPad Guided Access.

MAKE A CELEBRATION FILM Bring your saved event messages together into one film, with an opening and ending inspired by your chosen scene. Keep the original sound and individual videos, then save or share the finished film.

KEEP YOUR MEMORIES CLOSE Event settings and original recordings stay on your device. Completed messages are copied to Photos with permission. Video Guest Book does not upload your videos to a developer-operated cloud service. Photos copies may sync through your own Apple or iCloud settings. Keep a separate backup of memories you want to keep.

TRY YOUR SETUP BEFORE YOU BUY Download free, personalise your guest book and try the recording experience. Repeatable five-second setup tests do not use your demo messages. One Lifetime Unlock in-app purchase enables unlimited guest recordings and future events, subject to available device storage. There is no subscription. The app shows Apple's local price before purchase and includes Restore Purchases.

Create separate celebrations, copy a favourite design and archive finished events. Come back to the voices that made the day yours.
